Nearly 133,000 women-owned firms are located in Oklahoma, which generate $20 billion in sales and employ more than 176,000 people. Central Oklahoma NAWBO Chapter provides business education, training, advocacy, mentoring and networking opportunities its members and the business community to help them grow their businesses.

The NAWBO Association propels women entrepreneurs locally, regionally and nationally into economic, social and political spheres of power worldwide by:
- Strengthening the wealth creating capacity of our members and promoting economic development within the entrepreneurial community
- Creating innovative and effective change in the business culture
- Building strategic alliances, coalitions and affiliations
- Transforming public policy and influencing opinion makers
Central Oklahoma NAWBO members benefit from Collaborate Leadership relationships within the chapter and also with regional and national NAWBO members, expanding their entrepreneurial resources and connections. The Central Oklahoma NAWBO (a 501c6 non-profit organization) chapter and National NAWBO offer professional training, leadership and business opportunities to connect with other professional women from around the United States and the world.
Our chapter holds a monthly luncheon meeting in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma usually the first Tuesday of each month and guests are welcome to visit and partake in an afternoon of learning and business motivation. Additional opportunities for chapter involvement include our member’s only Workshops, Wise Council program, Mentoring, Activities Council and Premier Holiday and Spring Planning.
We encourage Guests to attend no more than 2 luncheon events to meet our Board and members and learn more about NAWBO Central Oklahoma first hand. Guests will have an opportunity to submit an application and payment at our luncheon or they may also visit the National NAWBO website to apply for immediate processing.
