About NAWBO
The National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) represents the interests of more than 10.4 million women-owned firms in the United States, accounting for 28.2% of all business in the United States. We are an organization of Women Business Owners (WBO) coming together for the common goal of building business relationships. NAWBO is not about doing business with other women business owner members, rather we are in NAWBO for business in which we build the bonds that help one another succeed through training and mentoring processes.
Nearly 133,000 women-owned firms are located in Oklahoma, which generate $20 billion in sales and employ more than 176,000 people. Central Oklahoma NAWBO Chapter provides business education, training, advocacy, mentoring and networking opportunities its members and teh business community to help them grow their businesses.
